Does Sahaja Meditation have a scientific basis?

One of the cool things about Sahaja Meditation is that it can be as scientific and logical as you want it to be, provided that your experiments are done carefully, and based on a sound hypothesis. Hypothesis is not belief…yet. You must perform the experiment and verify your results in order to form a conclusion.
For example, if you wanted to try out a fitness program, you must first believe that it may work for you, then set out to prove it. You must go into the experience with desire, an open mind and a willingness to work, or the program won't have much chance of succeeding. You must invest time in understanding and learning it, then, of course, you must do the hard work of actually practicing it. Results may vary, depending on variables such as how fit you are when you begin the program and how hard you work on an ongoing basis.
The same is true of Sahaja Meditation. You could say that it provides one with spiritual fitness and provides this in a very logical and scientific manner. First, the entire meditation system rests on the strong foundation of the inner energy system. The inner energy is real, and resides in the sacrum bone. The energy centers also reside in the plexuses of our body. The tougher part to prove, though, is that this energy is subtle in nature. You cannot see it, but you can surely feel it. If doctors were to cut open the plexuses, they would not see this energy or the energy centers. Sahaja Meditation operates at one level deeper than medical science.
So, if there's no scientific evidence of the energy, how does one go about feeling it? Through individual trial and error. First, the practitioner must believe that the energy-based system of Sahaja Meditation is real and experiment with the techniques until he or she experiences the first sensation of the energy within. That sensation can manifest as: a tickling on the fingers; a pulsation at the top of the head; and most typically, the sensation that a cool breeze is flowing through the palms and fingertips.
Is this imaginary? Certainly not. Can everyone feel it? Eventually, yes. Absolutely. Typically, it takes from 2 weeks to 2 months for most people to feel this sensation. For me, it took 9 months. Something was not right with my energy centers; I think now that they must have been in pretty bad shape.
As you can see in the photograph above (it is NOT a camera trick or illusion), many cameras over the years have actually caught this energy flowing at Sahaja Meditation events and programs (though not as much in meditation classes), something that the naked eye cannot see. I personally have many such pictures in my camera. I was astonished at first, but it became quite normal to me over time. I don't mean to either convince you about the existence of this energy or scare you, only to make the point that this is simple proof that there are things in life that science has not yet caught on to or researched thoroughly.
