Are there any dangers associated with practicing Sahaja Meditation?
No. In all the years I've been practicing Sahaja Meditation — and have seen scores of other people practicing it — I've never heard of Sahaja causing problems for any practitioner. It's all upside. There's overwhelming evidence of people improving their lives or even curing diseases and disorders, but none to support any negative experience happening as a result of practicing Sahaja Meditation. In fact, nothing bad happens to you if you just suddenly stop meditating or suddenly resume after a period of no meditation. It's by far the most flexible, accommodating and safe form of meditation that you'll ever find. There are no side-effects, no clashes with any other form of medication or therapeutic strategy.
The worst thing that can happen to you is that you don't feel any vibrations at all; that is, you remain as you were when you came into Sahaja Meditation. And I've seen that happen to people whose energy centers have gotten really messed up, which can happen, for example, to people who have been taught bad techniques by some false spiritual guru.
