How would you describe Sahaja's relationship with nature?
The Sahaja Meditation culture strongly encourages an appreciation and respect for nature. The practice of Sahaja Meditation can include naturopathy and natural techniques for clearing energy centers, such as simply sitting on the grass and meditating or using any of the other elements. They instinctively tend to align themselves to natural and beautiful things rather than manufactured stuff, if they'll only listen to those instincts. This is because the inner energy is a living energy naturally born within every individual as is the cosmic, all-pervading and evolutionary power that moves the universe. So living and natural things inherently have powerful vibrations than man-made dead objects and being close to nature and natural things enhances the spiritual energy experience in a big way.
At the most fundamental, elemental level, we humans are undeniably a part of nature. The entire universe exists of five elements: first, space and ether; second, air; third, fire; fourth, water; and last, Earth. These five elements combined to form the Galaxies, stars and planets, as well as the human body. Each element contributed to the evolution of the entire human body, thus, the human body is a miniature form of the Cosmos, since the Cosmos and humans are composed of the same five elements. Being closer to nature is a direct method of using these elements as a medium to energize the inner energy centers and even clear blocks. This ultimately leads to a stronger spiritual energy being which in turn leads to physical, mental and emotional balance within us.
