Does Sahaja Meditation impact your life when you're not in a meditative state? In other words, what good does it do you when you're not doing it?

Yes, it does impact your life on an ongoing basis. Through better mental and emotional balance, Sahaja Meditation improves your overall personality. By reducing stress and enhancing your mind's agility and ability to think clearly, you are likely to see a significant difference in all areas of functioning as compared to the pre-meditation phase of your life. I'll take it one step further and say that it is definitely possible to transform a stressed, frustrating, anxious, uncreative life into a life of vitality, joy, positive thoughts and a dynamic personality.
The practice of meditation is only the means, the vehicle in which positive transformation happens. The end goal is transformation, in accordance with what the individual strives to do and be. Meditation also improves health and well-being overall, although cure and therapy are not the primary purposes of Sahaja Meditation.
