Do Sahaja Meditation practitioners advocate vegetarian, raw food diets or some other special diet?
No, they don't advocate vegetarianism or any other diet. As far as they're concerned, everyone should be free to eat what they wish. And perhaps the broader point is that they are against all such "-isms" because they see them as being rooted in dogma and rigidity — the very antithesis of Sahaha Meditation. Sahaja Meditation is all about freeing oneself from dogmas and conditioning and exclusionary beliefs. Further, the power to do so rests entirely with the individual and his / her discretion and maturity. They believe that it is better to create mature, strong, independent minded individuals who can figure out what is best for them rather than bind people to rules and "isms".
I greatly appreciated with this aspect of Sahaja Meditation right from day 1, because it showed me the potential for me to become my own master entirely rather than be heavily dependent on anyone else or the system itself.
